Mrs. Bar joined DRS RADA Technologies in 2017 as HR Director. Prior to RADA, between 2005 until 2017, Ronit worked at Medtronic (Legacy Given Imaging GIVN) in several senior leadership roles in Human Resources and Organizational Development. During this time, she had acquired broad global experience in HR in a rapidly growing company. Prior Given Imaging, worked as an organizational and management consultant in several leading consulting companies. Ronit Bar has an MA in Organizational Sociology, executive MA in Security & Diplomatic studies, and BA in Political Science from Bar Ilan University.
