Max Cohen

Max Cohen has served as the Chief Executive Officer of RADA Sensors Inc. since December 2019. Mr. Cohen joined RADA in May 2018 and served as our Executive Vice President for the U.S. market. Mr. Cohen retired from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) in March 2018 after 26 years of service. Between 2013 to 2017, Mr. Cohen served as the head of the Sky Picture Department in the Israeli Air Force, during which he led the development of the air picture command and control systems (C2) and the air picture radars. Between 2016 to 2017 Mr. Cohen initiated and managed a comprehensive national program to deal with the emerging use of commercial and military drones on the battlefield. Mr. Cohen retired with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (LTC). After his retirement, Mr. Cohen, together with his partners, founded FLYON Aerosystems Ltd., a start-up company engaged in the development of a new commercial flying platform. Mr. Cohen has a BSc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and completed all the required courses for MSc in electrical engineering from Tel-Aviv University.
