Before joining DRS RADA Technologies in April 2022, Mr. Alon Amitay has completed 24 years of service in Rafael, the government owned Israeli Defence company. During his service he held various business and managerial positions, including acting as the Managing Director of Rafael’s wholly owned subsidiary in the UK, responsible for its business activity in the region.
Between 1991-1998 he served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force HQ as a Project Manager.
Alon holds a BS.c in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion, MS.c in Industrial Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and MA in Political Science from Haifa University.
